For custom pieces — which make up most of the Little Miss Philly collection — please allow 17–30 days for crafting and delivery. Each item is handmade from scratch, and the process takes time to ensure every detail feels personal and unique. Thank you for your patience and understanding while your piece is being created with care.
Since Little Miss Philly operates as a non-profit, learning-based art project, shipping is kept as affordable as possible. You have two options at checkout:

USPS Standard (Forever Stamp Mail): an inexpensive, uninsured shipping method with no tracking. While it’s not guaranteed, it has proven to be reliable for most U.S. deliveries.

USPS Ground Advantage: a tracked and insured option (Up to $10) for those who prefer additional peace of mind.
Each order is packaged thoughtfully and shipped as soon as it’s complete. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your piece is on its way.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because every Little Miss Philly creation is custom-made to order, returns or exchanges are not available. Each piece is handcrafted individually and designed to be one of a kind.
